• Own return: You can also frank it yourself.
  

Upon receipt, we will refund the amount via the original payment method (approx. 3–7 working days).

Please keep the tracking number – uninsured returns are your responsibility.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 14 days. Please send us your order number, a brief description and photos of the damage so that we can help you quickly.
