Complaints and damaged items
Did the item arrive damaged/faulty?
With fragile products like glass, porcelain or ceramics, it can happen that something arrives damaged.
No problem, we'll take care of it immediately.
Send us an email to kundenservice@emirtex.de with
- your order number ,
- a brief description of the damage ,
- and clear photos (item, packaging, shipping label).
We will quickly review everything and find a suitable solution or provide a replacement.
Please dispose of damaged parts only after the case is closed.
For goods shipped by freight forwarder:
Please check the delivery immediately upon arrival .
If something is damaged, note the damage on the delivery slip and take photos.
Then send us everything by email, and we'll take care of the rest.
