You can return items within 14 days of receipt – unused, in original packaging, and well-secured.

1. Return to our store
You can return items directly to one of our stores. Please bring your delivery note or proof of purchase.
2. Independent return shipment
Of course, you can also return items to us independently using a shipping service provider of your choice.

3. DHL Return (Self-payer)
Upon request, we can provide you with a DHL return label as a self-payer. Please contact our customer service by email in advance. After reviewing your request, we will inform you whether a corresponding return label can be issued.
Please note:
- Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Items must be returned unused, complete, and if possible in their original packaging (OVP).
- Please pack the goods carefully and securely for transport to avoid damage during shipping.
