• Self-delivery: You can also pay for postage yourself.
  

Upon receipt, we will refund the amount via the original payment method (approx. 3-7 working days ).

Please keep the tracking number safe – uninsured returns are your responsibility.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 14 days. Send us your order number, a brief description, and photos of the damage so we can help you quickly.

Care instructions are provided for each item. Glass and porcelain are usually dishwasher safe; please wash wood and coated metals by hand.
