You can return items directly to one of our stores. Please bring your delivery note or proof of purchase.

2. Independent return shipment

3. DHL Return (Self-payer)
Upon request, we can provide you with a DHL return label as a self-payer. Please contact our customer service by email in advance. After reviewing your request, we will inform you whether a corresponding return label can be issued.

Please note:

• Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• Items must be returned unused, complete, and if possible in their original packaging (OVP).
• Please pack the goods carefully and securely for transport to avoid damage during shipping.
